Policy Revision

You can request as many revisions as your package allows. We strive to provide the best service and will revise until your needs are addressed. No additional fees are due if design principles are not updated. Your design will be updated within 48 hours.

Any adjustments needed after the logo designs are finalised will incur individual charges.

Refund Policy

WebTechCraft will provide no refunds if you select a special package. Our central design concept is approved. You requested changes. Non-company-related issues caused the cancellation. More than two weeks of the project had passed without communication with the company. Company policy was breached. Another company or designer has been contacted for the job. The creative brief lacks essential details. Complete design modification is required. The claim exceeded the ‘request for refund’ period. The company is closing or rebranding. No refunds for ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other non-service-related reasons will be given.

A client who subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with one service will only receive a refund for that specific service.

Refunds are not available after seven days of purchase. Social Media Marketing/Management, SEO, Domain Registration, Logo Copyrights and Trademarks, Web Hosting, and Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS) are non-refundable.

Websites are non-refundable once the client approves and sends the development design. Once logo/website designs are approved, refund requests are denied. If the client fails to provide the logo/web design brief within ten days of ordering, a partial refund (up to 25%) may be available.

To preserve legality, WebTechCraft will submit your designs to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies after you receive your refund.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The terms and conditions at WebTechCraft are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law without respect to its conflicts of laws rules. You and WebTechCraft also consent to UK courts.

You agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy related to these Terms or WebTechCraft’s services that are not subject to mandatory arbitration. You also waive jurisdictional, venue, and inconvenient forum objections to such courts. These principles do not apply to non-UK residents. As an EU citizen, you can sue in your own country.

These Terms and Conditions require claims to be lodged within 30 days of the dispute or controversy. Claims after this period will be dismissed. No recovery or damages will be sought until the party pays the costs and attorney’s fees.

You and WebTechCraft agree to attempt to resolve any site use dispute. This will be done in good faith to resolve the dispute.

Both parties can request mediation if the disagreement remains unresolved after a reasonable time. Please note that WebTechCraft limits the mediation period to 30 days. If the dispute remains unresolved following mediation, the parties may pursue any right or remedy under UK or local law.

We work to exceed your expectations. We keep revising your design until you’re happy (the number of changes depends on the package).

Delivery Policy

A confirmation email and the complete order will be delivered to the specified account on the Order Confirmation date.

The minimum turnaround time is two business days, depending on the package.

Communication Policy

We are not responsible for any damages caused by non-provided contact details.

Project activation fees will apply if the client does not respond within 45 days.
